Zhang Zhaoxiang, PhD, researcher and doctoral supervisor of the State Key Laboratory of Pattern Recognition and the Research Center for Intelligent Perception and Computing, Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, post professor of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and backbone of the Center for Excellence and Innovation in Brain Science and Intelligent Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

    Dr. Zhang Zhaoxiang's research interests include pattern recognition, computer vision, and deep learning. His specific research directions include visual cognitive computing, brain like learning, and visual perception and understanding for open environments. He has published over 200 papers in international mainstream journals and conferences in this field, and in the past five years, he has worked in JMLR Top tier journals such as IEEE T-IP and IEEE T-NN, as well as CVPR More than 60 papers have been published in top conferences such as ICCV, ECCV, NIPS, AAAI, and IJCAI, and more than 20 patents have been applied for. 10 have been authorized, and multiple national level scientific research projects and enterprise cooperation projects have been undertaken, including key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, national key research and development projects, and Beijing's new generation artificial intelligence key research and development projects.

    Dr. Zhang Zhaoxiang is a senior member of IEEE, VALSE Executive AC, Outstanding Member of CCF of China Computer Society, Outstanding Member of CAAI of China Artificial Intelligence Society, Deputy Secretary General of CAAI of China Artificial Intelligence Society, Director of CAAI of China Artificial Intelligence Society, Secretary General of CAAI Pattern Recognition Committee of China Artificial Intelligence Society, and Deputy Director of Member Development and Service Committee of China Image and Graphics Society.

    Dr. Zhang Zhaoxiang is an IEEE T-CSVT Patten Recognition and NeuroComputing editorial board member, serving as CVPR Area Chair for international conferences such as ICCV, AAAI, IJCAI, ACM MM, ICPR, and ACCV.He has been selected as a Changjiang Scholar by the Ministry of Education, Top Young Talents of the National Ten Thousand Talents Plan, and New Century Excellent Talent Support Program of the Ministry of Education. He has won the second prize of the Wu Wenjun Technology Invention Award from the Chinese Artificial Intelligence Society (ranked first).
