On August 26, Mr. Li You, Chairman of Suzhou Paixun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and his delegation were invited to visit our school. They held in-depth discussions with our faculty members on establishing industry-academia-research collaboration. The exchange meeting was chaired by Professor Gao Yang, Party Secretary and Executive Dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology.

On behalf of the School of Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology, Gao Yang extended a warm welcome to Li You and his delegation. He provided a comprehensive overview of the school's development in disciplinary construction, talent development, scientific research achievements, and student education. He mentioned that since its establishment, the school has placed great emphasis on industry-academia-research collaboration, maintaining long-term exchanges and strong partnerships with numerous enterprises such as Huawei, China Mobile, and Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation. The school has also invited industry experts to serve as mentors for project-based courses for undergraduate students, allowing them to gain early exposure to and understand cutting-edge technological applications in the industry.
He emphasized that the school has accumulated substantial experience in industry-academia-research collaboration and expressed hope that, through enhanced communication, both parties could identify key areas where the school's research directions align with the company's R&D needs. By establishing joint laboratories and other collaborative mechanisms, he proposed to further deepen cooperation, create long-term, deeply integrated partnerships, and achieve meaningful outcomes in AI empowerment, talent cultivation, and research commercialization, ultimately working together for mutual success through innovation.

Li You, on behalf of Suzhou Paixun Technology Co., Ltd., expressed gratitude to the School of Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology for the warm reception and expressed admiration for the research achievements made by the school to date. He provided a detailed introduction to Paixun, covering aspects such as the company's development history, team building, collaboration overview, and product system architecture. He mentioned that the company boasts comprehensive configurations and a well-established internal structure, holding a certain market share both domestically and internationally, and has received numerous accolades. He expressed hope to explore more R&D areas through industry-academia-research collaboration with universities.
He noted that the school's research directions align closely with the company's R&D needs and invited faculty members to visit the company for on-site exchanges, engage with customers, and gain an in-depth understanding of market demands. He looked forward to further strengthening cooperation and communication between the two parties in the future, exploring cutting-edge technologies and application scenarios, and driving deeper achievements in technology commercialization and industrial upgrading, working together in unity and moving forward hand in hand.

Following the meeting, the attendees jointly visited the West Campus of the Suzhou Campus.
